- 2-3 Cups Gluten-Free Bread (slightly toast it, then cool it and keep it ready)
- 1-2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- A Pinch of Salt
Step 1: Preheat your oven at 325 degrees after lining your baking sheet (parchment paper), a tin foil or a silicon baking mat
Step 2: Until the baking sheet and the oven is getting all heated, break the toasted bread into small chunks and add it into the food processor to get small crumbs out of it
Step 3: Pulse the bread in the food processor until it creates small crumbs that has a consistent look
Step 4: Now, carefully take the baking sheet out of the oven and add small chunks of bread crumbs into it
Step 5: Then, bake the crumbs for the next 7 minutes inside the oven. Once baked, take the crumbs out and stir them. Again, bake it in the oven for the next 7 minutes. This will make it turn light brown in color.
If you wish to prepare panko style of bread crumbs, then do not stop baking here. Again, stir the bread crumbs and keep it back into the oven for the next 3 to 5 minutes or until it turns super crispy which happens when you bake it for a longer period of time.
Step 6: Add a pinch of salt and Italian seasoning as per the required taste and stir it well
Step 7: Once you are ready with your bread crumbs, you can store it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator.
